I am passionate about giving my clients the space to process current stressors they are experiencing. By giving individuals a safe space to process their stressors I find that clients feel more empowered to make lasting changes in their lives.
When working with clients I utilize evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help identify patterns of thinking and behaving that are hindering individuals from reaching their goals. I also bring in Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Humanistic Philosophies which allows my clients to share their stories from their perspectives while we work together to find the light in the darkness.
