Adolescence is often an immensely difficult time of transition and growth. From identity formation to conflict with peers, it’s no wonder that teenagers often report feeling depressed, anxious, and misunderstood.

By created a safe space for young people to verbalize their struggles we explore what is and isn’t working for them. We brainstorm how to cope with all the changes happening within their world and come out on the other side feeling confident and content with who they are.
